Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time — including anything we received through Instagram or Facebook messaging.

How to ask

1. Email support@pursuit-hp.com with the subject line "Delete my data", from the email address you used with us — or send us an Instagram message from the account you contacted us with.
2. Tell us the name, phone number and Instagram handle you used, so we can find every record.
3. We will confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm it is done.

What gets deleted

Your contact details, application, messages, notes, check-ins and progress photos across our systems (our CRM, our coaching app and our operations software) and with the providers listed in our privacy policy. We may keep records we are legally required to keep — invoices and payment records, for example — for the period the law requires, and nothing else.

Facebook and Instagram data

If you connected with us through Meta's platforms, deleting your data with Pursuit also removes the messages and profile details Meta shared with us. It does not affect the copy Meta itself holds; manage that in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
