These terms govern your use of www.pursuit-hp.com and your dealings with Pursuit Health & Performance (SK Fitness LLC, Arizona, USA). By using the site or applying to work with us you agree to them.

Coaching, not medical care

Pursuit provides fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching. We are not physicians and nothing on this site or in our coaching is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult your doctor before starting any training or nutrition program, and stop and seek medical attention if you feel unwell. You are responsible for training safely within your own abilities.

Results

The results shown on this site are from real clients and are not typical. Your results depend on your consistency, effort, starting point and many other factors, and we make no guarantee about what you will achieve.

Applications and calls

Submitting an application does not create a coaching relationship. We review applications and may decline any. Coaching begins only when you and Pursuit have agreed to a written coaching agreement, which sets out the program, the investment, payment terms and cancellation terms and takes precedence over these terms.

Messages

By giving us your phone number or messaging us you agree that we may contact you about your application and our services by text, call, email or social media message. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Our content

Everything on this site — text, videos, photos, the Pursuit name and crest — belongs to Pursuit or is used with permission. You may view it for your own personal use and may not copy, sell or reuse it without our written consent. Client photos and stories appear with the client's permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pursuit is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our coaching, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
