You give us your mobile number on one of our own web forms — the coaching application or the pre-call form — and tick the consent box below. It is not pre-ticked, and the form cannot be submitted without it. There is no other route: we do not buy lists, we do not import numbers, and replying to one of our adverts on Facebook or Instagram does not put you on text — those conversations stay in Messenger.

We never share, sell or rent your mobile number or your messages, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third parties.
