Pursuit Health & Performance ("Pursuit", "we", "us") is an online fitness and nutrition coaching company operated by SK Fitness LLC, Arizona, USA. This policy explains what we collect when you visit www.pursuit-hp.com, apply to work with us, message us, or become a client, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you give us. When you apply, book a call or message us you may share your name, email, phone number, occupation, age, goals, health and fitness history, and anything else you choose to tell us. Clients also share check-ins, progress photos and measurements as part of coaching.
- Messages. If you message us on Instagram or Facebook, or by text or email, we receive and keep those messages so we can reply and keep track of our conversation with you. Instagram and Facebook messages reach us through Meta's messaging platform; we may also receive notice that a message we sent has been delivered or read.
- How you use the site. Standard web logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and, where you have consented in your browser, analytics and advertising cookies including the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta that you visited so we can measure our ads and show you relevant ones.
- Video. Videos on this site are played by Wistia and YouTube, which set their own cookies and collect playback data under their own policies.
How we use it
- To reply to you, review your application, and book and hold calls with you.
- To coach you if you become a client: your plan, check-ins, progress and billing.
- To run our business: customer records, accounting, and measuring whether our ads work.
- To send you information about Pursuit you have asked for. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing us.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run our business for us and handle data only on our instructions: our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel), our coaching app (Trainerize), our own operations software (OfferOps), messaging and phone providers, video hosting (Wistia, YouTube), payment processors (we never see your full card number), accounting and email tools, and Meta (Instagram/Facebook) for messaging and advertising measurement. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Your mobile number and text messages
If you give us your mobile number we use it to reply to you, to arrange and confirm your call, and to support you while you are coaching with us. Some of those messages are sent automatically.
We do not share, sell, rent or otherwise pass your mobile number or your text messages to anyone for their own marketing. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only companies that touch it are the providers that carry the message for us — our messaging and phone providers — and they act only on our instructions.
Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation you are having with us: a few messages while we arrange a call, and occasional check-ins and offers while you are a client. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Stopping texts does not remove you as a client or stop us emailing you about something you have asked for.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email support@pursuit-hp.com. See our data deletion instructions.
- Control cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Meta's ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
Keeping it safe
Your information is stored on access-controlled systems, encrypted in transit, and reachable only by the Pursuit team members who need it to coach or serve you. We keep client records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal reasons, then delete or anonymise them.
Children
Our coaching is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
